Design & Research process
Transcription of Inspo founder interview video
I used an AI-based feature to transcribe and edit the data from the interview to understand the essence of the project. I identified the competitors, the main persona, and the overall goal of Inspo.
Persona
There are two primary personas for the Inspo project: talents and users seeking inspiration. during the design process, I had to consider which persona to prioritize as the main focus.

Competitive analysis
During the video interview, the founder was asked to list the competitors and their strengths, as well as his favorite and least favorite parts. He mentioned Cameo, Swish, Calm, Memmo, Instagram, and TikTok. He praised Calm's leadership in mental health, Cameo and Swish's strong brands and talented individuals, and Memmo's respected brand in the celebrity short message industry. However, he noted that their focus on short messages is not the main offering that Inspo provides, which is deeper connections that go beyond simple shoutouts.
After the customer listed his competitors and shared his thoughts on their strengths and weaknesses, I conducted research on their designs and made notes for the next stages of the design process.

Design Process
Sketching possible Layout
As part of my design process, I sketched a few possible layouts while considering the research findings and the customer's feedback on the competitors' designs.

First round - Examining Main Character Composition and General Look and Feel
During the design process, I explored different design directions and used a UI hacking process to gain inspiration. I opted for a dark mode to convey prestige and excitement while showcasing celebrities' talents. I worked on balancing colors, composition, and fonts to create a cohesive and visually appealing design that captures the attention of users. Additionally I've used 'Midjourney' to explore new design leads.

Second round - Exploring Character and Layouts

Third Round - Creating Theme Backgrounds using Midjourney
In the third round, I decided on a direction and created theme backgrounds by topics using mid-journey. This involved creating visually engaging and cohesive designs that align with the platform's overall branding and messaging.

Finalizing the Design
Back to the original direction, I finalized the design to completion and ensure that it met all of the necessary criteria and requirements.

Adding Movement and Animation
I wanted to bring the design to life by incorporating movement and animation.
